This Refund Policy governs all purchases made on Brainiers Community ("we", "us", "the Service"). By purchasing access to the Service you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. No Refunds

We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for any purchase, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use the Service during the access period
• Dissatisfaction with growth results (results vary by channel and niche)
• Changes to YouTube's platform, policies, or algorithm outside our control
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
• Duplicate or accidental purchases

3. 30-Day Access Period

Your purchase grants you access to the Brainiers Community platform for 30 calendar days from the date of payment. Access expires automatically at the end of this period. We are not obligated to extend access for any reason, including periods of non-use.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this agreement and will result in immediate and permanent account termination. We reserve the right to contest all illegitimate chargebacks and provide purchase records to the relevant financial institution.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event of a verified technical failure on our end that completely prevents access to the Service for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or access extension. This is not a guaranteed remedy and does not constitute a refund obligation.
